feat: theme system with semantic colors and web layout 8cd7c8a460

feat: expand courses, add theory sections, theme toggle, and web layout ... d95621a6ac

- 3 courses, 8 units, 19 lessons (was 2 courses, 3 units, 7 lessons)
- Theory sections for 9 lessons with educational content
- SemanticColors ThemeExtension for theme-aware colors
- Theme toggle in profile (System/Light/Dark) with persistence
- ConstrainedBox(maxWidth: 600) for web desktop layout
- 8 achievements (was 4)
- Optimized CI: single job, PR-only trigger
- PM skill doc and git workflow skill

fix: resolve all dart analyze warnings and info issues ... 9449903598

- Remove unused imports in lesson_screen and sandbox_screen
- Auto-fix 62 prefer_const_constructors issues
- Fix angle brackets in doc comment
- dart analyze --fatal-infos: zero issues
